General Info
Subject Unions are a form of organisation like the Students'
Union, but on a subject basis. The idea is that they put on
activities in the same way as a course society, but they also
have a representative function. The idea is that subject unions
co-ordinate course reps on a subject basis. They have a democratic
structure like the students' union and students' needs can
be more easily understood and fed into the union as a whole.
