How MUSU Welfare & Academic advice can help you

You can email us on musuwelfare&academic@mdx.ac.uk and an advisor will aim to get back to you within three working days.
Your email should contain the following so that they can provide you with the speediest response:
·         Your name
·         Student number
·         Contact telephone number
·         A brief outline about the issue that you would like help with, along with who you have spoken to about the issue within the University or Students’ Union before.

If you can’t come in to see us, but would like to talk to an advisor, we have telephone drop-in times every Tuesday from 14.00 until 16.30.
During that time you can either contact us beforehand to schedule a time or just drop us a call on 020 8411 6450.
 

Come in & see us

 

Just drop into the Students’ Union reception, or give us a call, and book an appointment to see an advisor. Our advisors will aim to get back to you with an appointment time within three working days.
